But the Angels are "special". They have among the higher payrolls but there's significant parts of it that are mis-spent. -- (edited)

I usually would say that the lack of success is not a single point failure but...well, dammit, Arte.
He's willing to spend money but not well and then not willing to spend money. *sigh*
