He noted how schedule changes can screw up prep work (esp. mental prep), but also that NASCAR does a pretty good job of making these schedule changes in advance.
There's also the Monday Night Football effect of a shortened week. Won't make too much of a difference heading to Atlanta, but imagine if Las Vegas was next week.
I just feel sorry for the five drivers that are going to be driving 800 miles today.
