Sooo family plans have changed and now we are headed to Cape Cod for the 4th. Anyone with tips/advice for Cape Cod travel?

We will be there two weeks. Rented a VRBO house already in Barnstable. Can conceivably go anywhere on the Cape. Nantucket? Martha’s Vineyard?
