Actually, reading the article, I'm pretty sure that all that's required is a receipt, maybe receipts since all the anti-socials are going to individual tabs, and a group picture.
Even for the folks that I don't go to lunch with, I'd like to think that with $30 incentive, I could convince two others to stop by Applebees on the way home. Even if we all just got our stuff to go
