On a Pod Save American ep this week they discussed this with journalist Mehdi Hasan who says Biden absolutely has the power to bend them to his will

and makes a very strong case of it. Both Biden and Reagan have done so in the past and with the war today the IDF has stated they couldn't continue without US backing, money and arms.
With one phone call Biden could get them to stop.
