king was diagnosed with an unknown cancer...even if it is a nothing-burger (possible given he caught it early and he's got the best treatment African treasures can buy); he's still a 75yr old man facing a serious health concern.
Weirdly, most people would start thinking heavily about their 'legacy' and continuity at that point.
