I despise the poison for rats that we put out everywhere in this city. It was the cause of the death of another beloved bird who while poisoned

flew into a Parks Dept. vehicle in the park. The poison is eaten by the rats who are eaten by the birds of prey and then they get poisoned and die. We have a lot of hawks and falcons around the city and I worry about the birds more than I care about killing every last rat. Also, the rat poison is clearly not working when we have so many people complaining about rats. Once we get the garbage off the street that will help and maybe make it so we don't need to have poison traps all over the place.
