You want scoring & steals? He's got scoring & steals. You want ball handling & smarts? He's got scoring & steals.

The E Rebounding is largely wasted on him at 6'1" so I'd temper the rating based on that, but he looks like a very capable specialist. Normally I'd like just a little more PPG from a guy I'm recruiting specifically to score, but 17 is still almost a full standard deviation above avg for the position AND his steals number is solid, so he won't shame you. Certainly good enough for a spot coming off the bench to launch it a half-dozen times per game. If he turns out to be a 40% from 3 guy, upgrade expectations accordingly.
