he's not struggling. no matter what he says, if he's already "touching tongues" with someone else and posting it for all the world to see, he's not really struggling.

as long as you stay in the questioning loop and thinking of ways he or his behavior might make you feel better, you will undoubtedly be stuck in that loop.
I remember that feeling of head-bang-inducing frustration. all of your questions bring it back. the sooner you can get out of that, perhaps by following suggestions given by the many nice people who want to see you hurt less, the better off you'll be.
