legally, no other sup ct would have even granted cert. when he got kicked off the ballot in Col they moved real fast to quash that shit

I’m saying the courts framing here is consistent with all their other actions in this case of doing everything in their power to delay it to the point of killing the case without getting their bloody fingerprints on the knife
