Bravias use Google TV. If you don't mind a mix of systems, then don't worry about it.

If you prefer one over the other, I would suggest you focus on the models that support the platform you prefer.

After that, it's all about resolution, refresh rates, and bells and whistles (Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, etc.) If you don't have the setup for those extra perks, focus on the refresh rate. And finally there's longevity. I don't mind being cheap and buying a TV that only lasts me 3 years since in 3 years, there'll be new technology and I'll want to upgrade anyway.
