I was looking at their example menu and the fact that's there's a $32 cheese supplement. Why $32?

Oh cause it is Three Hundred and Sixty Eight Dollars Per Person for the meal so that would make for a nice round Four Hundred Dollars per person.
At least I think that's why the $32.
I mean the wine pairing is Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars Per Person
Oh...I wonder if the dinner being specifically for six means you get one of the two kitchen tables.
