you can see bush, clinton, obama reading briefs, having the WH switchboard lining up calls with experts.
donny never did any of that, notorious for not reading the security briefs in the morning, not attending important meetings, instead blocking out whole days for 'executive time' which meant watching Fox news and calling in for hours.
