No call, no show is 3 steps and an automatic rating. Two ratings within 90 days is likely termination.

2 steps for call ins.
1 step for late, leaving early.

8 steps gives cause for possible termination.

Steps are removed after 6 months.

You can get a commend which removes 1 step for coming in on an off day, or staying at least 2 hours longer. You cannot go below zero steps.
