I have a personal strategy for people I consider "MAGA-lite"

I know some full-on MAGA and they are a lost cause. I don't discuss politics with them at all.
Then there are the MAGA-lite who sound like that woman. They've bought into Trump to an extent, but they do think he goes too far, don't like how he acts, and have some general concerns. Problem is that even though they may not be fully pro Trump, they seem to be fully anti Biden.
To the extent that I have any influence at all, I don't think I could get them to vote for Biden, but I think there's a chance that I could influence them to not vote for Trump.
So I'll usually go with something like, I can't believe that in 2024 these are the two choices we have. I mean Biden's so old, I worry. But then with Trump, I think he's too extreme and I'm not sure he's all there either. Then I probe for whatever anti Trump angle I think will be the most effective. In general I find the military to be a good way in and point out how pro Russia Trump seems to be and the multitude of negative things he's said about the military.
I end with I just really can't vote for Trump and that I'm not so sure I can vote for Biden either. Maybe I just won't vote or at least just vote for a third party because neither choice is any good.
It's all an act on my part, but I live in a swing state so any vote I can take away from Trump will help.
