The conspiracy theories out there have been bonkers and bananas.

You don't FUEL THAT by putting out a manipulated photo that press agencies have to retract!

No, she doesn't owe anyone a picture. But they chose to put a picture out, and their mess up has now further fueled the bonkers and bananas.
