We went to a weird A/B schedule at the office. I was on B schedule and worked 2:30-11pm. We didn't start telework until I think the 25th.

It took SSA and the state a bit to figure out telework procedures since no one really ever thought we would be able to do it due to the nature of the job.
And even then once telework started, I had to come to the office several days a week to swap out cases because were still paper at that point. We didn't do fully telework until much later in 2020.
