They built a 60 home development near where I live. Starting at 1/4 acre lots and 4-bedroom houses. Starting price of $1 million (before any mods/upgrades). These are sold out now.
Townhouse development near my office. 2 bedrooms and approx. 1000 sq ft (smaller than the condo I rent). Starting price of $600,000 (and up).
