If you continued working during the pandemic, how would you rate your company's ability to adapt on the fly during that time frame?

My company in a secure office scenario had those of us who went home as high-risk back online within 10 days -- and everyone else was split up for a 6am to 2:30 or 3:30 - midnight shift in that same time frame.
For a stodgy never work from home company given our security ... I'd rank it as an A-.

A. If the next pandemic came tomorrow, we'd be ready to have virtually all of headquarters WFH. -- nm

I was in the provincial government and it was actually a time of some rare nimbleness in the most earliest of days. For example....

Our company somehow survived and thrived during what should have been an extinction-level event for them. I was extremely impressed. -- nm

We were pretty quickly up on Zoom, but the meetings were rough because nobody had common sense about taking turns in video chat.

Given that I was key not only to my institution's transition to WFH, but also another (rival) institution, I give myself an A+.
