But seriously, we were well positioned for it to begin with (highly mobile workforce in construction) but also didn't really stop other than some departments normally in the office began working from home more. Hardest thing was procuring laptops but I luckily was able to get an order for the qty we needed the weekend of lockdown and had them all ready to deploy by Tuesday. Mostly it was people adjusting to using Teams more but we had all that in place including company-wide always-on VPN that we've been using for years.
