That's a lot. What type are you getting? I just get medical with a high deductible. Trip cancellation if you will have a lot of unrecoverable costs -- (edited)

if your stuff is mostly cancel-able, i would not bother with cancellation insurance. And like others have said, check the card you booked with.
Health insurance is the one i would never go without.
