Chargers have to clear at least one of Khalil Mack, Bosa, Keenan Allen, and Mike Williams off the books if not more.

They are four of the top 12 cap hits in the NFL and the Chargers are $25M over the cap.
They all have cap hits between $32M and $38M this year.
