*blink* This. The whole point about having to potentially finance a fee outside of loan financing will be come clear to purchasers soon

For some purchasers it's not a big deal and I guess from the lenders and seller, kind of equally not a big deal
But for some barely qualifying purchasers, this is gonna be kind of look behind the scenes and perhaps a deal killer.
