Other than Everton is in violation of the PSR
A year that includes the same year that they deducted 10 reduced on appeal to 6.
Cause of the three year rolling thing, they're gonna come after us again except the no good, very bad year is going to be last year instead of the middle year in the three years so they're gonna double penalize us and I've convinced myself they're gonna take the four points right back.
OR BETTER YET, they're gonna take six cause that's the apparent going rate
and still 115. 115! charges against Man City
Chelsea is such a mess that the EPL is still trying to figure out just how far back and for exact details of what those inevitable charges are going to be.
We haven't escaped. EPL just hasn't handed out the number yet.
Partially cause, they've no idea and no guidelines for the double jeopardy situation that the PSR rules create
