I think they’ll clear enough of the fallen debris quick so the commercial ship traffic can get to the harbor quickly, but replacing the bridge

Depends on the type. They could speed it up by constructing a different type of bridge. -- nm

True doctrine. Engineering and construction have changed in the past half century since this bridge was built, it took five years then. -- nm
