i made vegan ceviche with palm hearts and avocado - it's fantastic! highly recommend if you're not a fish person.

texture is good, and with a few hours of marinating, the palm hearts get to the right tangy flavor.

thought about that, but i wanted to see how the palm hearts did. not sure i'd ever used them before that.

Prosciutto wrapped palm hearts used to a be a go-to on our girls cottage weekend charcuterie boards.. V good. -- nm
