I don't know how you end Hamas at this point. I think this war just guarantees another generation of Hamas recruits. more the longer it goes on. maybe there's a way to slowly strangle them after the war, but I think it would involve good governance and massive rebuilding in Gaza, which I don't think Israel is willing to provide or anyone in Gaza could.
