No, but my one experience with a dark sky park was great -- we camped at Mesa Verde during a meteor shower (Perseids maybe?). -- nm

I go to cherry springs not unoften. great hiking in the day and then dark dark skies at night. -- (link)

I did not get that far east, but did Crater Lake and it was very nice. Yeah a bit touristy at the hotel, but it was beautiful with minimal lighting
