Yes. I’m referring to the merger that allowed Trump Media to become a publicly traded company, which required the SEC to sign off on the transaction. -- nm

The company was a dumpster fire back in 2022 when it was private and needed an infusion of cash to stay afloat.

I fully believe DWAC management colluded with Trump* prior to offering shares of the SPAC knowing full well what they were going to acquire, which is not actually allowed. -- (edited)

And trump is suing two of the co founders to get their stock nulled - I'm guessing his is pissed the stock is going down and trying to make his shares
