Equipment issues are my top problem with working there now. Terrible schedules is number two. The asshole customers are now a distant third!

Across the board, equipment at the store is awful. POS machines, scanners, printers of in-store UPCs, air conditioning upstairs, phone system.

The scheduling has become a problem since they switched from workforce manager to their own version. It shaves hours down massively. 6 hour shifts become 5 hour 15 minute shifts or worse.

Asshole customers? Always a nuisance. But it is the service industry.
