I hadn't seen a trailer as those came out when I was in Basic Training. So I had no idea what was going on or what would happen. After seeing the trailer later in life I thought, "man if I saw the firehose being tied around his waist that would have totally ruined that climax for me"

Perfect movie!

Also on a side note. I saw Raiders of the Lost Ark not having seein the trailer or knowing ANYTHING about it either. I think that also made that movie more special than it would have been if I saw a trailer or read some articles.
