Our HOA had people cry poverty over an increase from 120 to 240 a year. People are ridiculous. -- nm

We've seen $500k condos with $6,000 monthly HOA fees. I'm like, "You might as well shop in the $1M range with a cheap HOA." Might save you money.

Yeah. We paid 60 a month for our HOA in Maryland. Saw 120 on Zillow and was like…ehh, okay. Lisa goes…”That’s annual.” “Yes please.” -- nm
