There were maybe six teams in the country that could have beaten them, and Purdue wasn't one.

Maybe I can Dewey beats Truman this Redmond-style.
But Creighton, UT, a healthy Kansas, Kentucky with its A game, and -maybe- Houston if everything went right are the only ones I'd buy. I'm not emphatic about Houston, either.
Given Kansas's injuries, that drops the list to Creighton and UT, and even Kentucky is a stretch.
You have to be a team that can either defend in a way that interrupts their schedule or run with them and come out ahead on talent. Even Baylor probably couldn't do the latter. UK's theoretically got it, but they played like a bunch of 18-year-olds in their lone game.
UConn is exceptional on offense, disruptive on defense, doesn't turn the ball over, and outrebounds everybody, including the 7-4 guy.
Basketball coaches are gonna use them as a teaching resource for how the game should look.
