One is an outright attempt to forcefully take over the government.
No doubt that vote (which took place after the riot) should not be allowed to happen again, but it was legal.

there were no legitimate legal or procedural grounds to ever throw the 2020 election to the HoR (Eastman just got disbarred for pretending there were) -- nm
