A big part of me fully rejecting religion was my experience on mushrooms. I felt like a part of my mind opened up, that I felt things that I had only had activated by intense religious experiences, but without the guilt and confusion. Every time after was never the same... It's fun and your feel good but that first time your realize what your mind is capable of (in a good way)
