I've decided to add early Monday and Friday mornings strength training sessions to my schedule. -- (edited)

I went down to the city training facility this morning to familiarize myself with it. I ended up doing 12 minutes on easy pace on a stair machine. I then used the rowing machine to row 2K. I finished using one of the medicine balls off the rack doing some sets of Russian twists. Pretty easy stuff but I'm just getting started.

I went home, had breakfast, and then started a meditation session. I halted the meditation five minutes in because my shoulders decided to announce that they noticed the rowing session. I slathered Ben-Gay all over my shoulders and finished my meditation.
