Yes to both, as distasteful as being in the same room with him may be, it’s important that he as much as anyone else get a fair trial, and I think I would be able to do that.

I think I could. This is a question of does the prosecution prove the charged crimes. Evaluate the evidence and rule based on that. - ty97 Apr 16, 13:38
