I think it would have been Kevin. Rasika's fish was salty, but his beef was poorly cooked. They had a hard time eating it.
The delusional one who spent nearly $350 then claimed to have spent $150 needs to go. That was just one of the things that bothered me about her.
Rasika is probably the favorite, but it's Top Chef. Anyone without immunity can go home any week.
