what in the F was that last night?

Q: "I strategically arranged this entire Hide and Seek game to decide who to vote out!"

Half an hour later, Q: names half the tribe as targets based on hide and seek, immediately forgets about all of it and targets his number 1 ally and reveals that she has an idol, then votes out a different key member of his alliance who was not a hide and seek threat
