Illinois limits them. My son's job tried to argue that he would be subject to the one he signed when going to work for one of their customers

Illinois law says they have to advise the employee in writing to consult with an attorney before signing. They never did that but I never really heard what the final determination was from employer but he's working for that customer now. Pretty sure the new company's legal dept was all over that and like "um, yeah, you didn't do that right"
