If AI legislation is put in place at a software level, I'm fairly sure that Sec 230 won't protect Microsoft or OpenAI or Midjourney or Stability AI

The tools aren't exactly hosted in the way that ST is hosted on a few levels.
The products of said tools being distributed through various communities, I can kind of see that being protected by Sec 230 but I can't see the actual software being covered by Sec 230
