tracks where you've heard it, it might help. It's a balance. When my daughter is working on a new track she's very open to ideas that go in different directions, but when it's down to the finished product she gets pretty particular. At the same time there are sometimes things she hears (she has an ear that picks up pops and things that I never can hear) that she can ultimately be convinced to give up because nobody else can hear what she's hearing (even though she's probably right that it's there), but the cost to fix it would be too much to consider. So it's all a balance.
