Have you looked into Call Center jobs? I think they are mostly work from home at this point.

There are always openings because it tends to be a high turnover position. Admittedly that can be because there's a lot about the job that sucks.
I did it for several years and it wasn't that horrible. It probably depends on the industry, but it was pretty rare that I got yelled at. Mostly people called and wanted information, and I looked it up and gave it to them.
It's a very metric heavy position. You will be monitored and measured on everything. I always said the job was easy and hard at the same time. The easy is that all you're doing is talking on the phone. People ask you questions, you look up the answers and give them to them. The hard is taking calls back to back for eight hours every day.
