He has a tumor *in* his tongue. It turns out that is not as unusual as it sounds. They will cut it out and graft from other body locations. I can not imagine.

He had been to the dentist and his tongue stayed numb and they thought maybe they injected a nerve or something. Than it started "swelling". Went to eh doctor as he had lost 20 pounds not being able to eat and finally had difficulty closing his mouth. I am almost panic attacking *thinking* about that.
