I started watching season 1 of Top Chef.

I started watching during All-Stars.

They really seemed to struggle to find accomplished chefs that season, which is understandable. Did that change the next season or did it take longer?

I don't know why they invited Tiffani or Stephen back for All-Stars. I would want to keep them as far away from me as possible. I'm guessing they were the best of many bad options, but I can't stand either of them. It seems like there's even more of a case against some season 2 people, so I don't look forward to that.
