I have a feeling that the job description a recruiter just sent me is more junior than my current position, and my ask would be right near the top of their posted range. Would mean commuting into Philadelphia instead of Wilmington, which is probably a wash with traffic.

I can't think of another place I would want to work. That's more valuable to me than the money or benefits.

It’d have to be a lot. I have unlimited time off and solid benefits.

Significantly more. The retirement match and PTO policies are too good. 30% would start to get my attention. -- nm

Unfortunately my job doesn't really exist in the private sector. The closest thing would be working for a disability attorney's office or an insurance

Depends. Same size company, same ethics? I wouldn't talk to them for less than 50% more.

Another company would mean I am not the owner, so I will say 100%. -- nm
