Menu below (does not include drinks). 70 people.
Guess!

Sushi boats (fish and vegetarian)
Chicken with pineapple pico de gallo
Beef burgers topped with smoked pulled beef brisket
20 servings of lemongrass tofu and pepper kabobs

Salads:
lime chili coleslaw
roasted corn succotash

Fried shanghai noodles

Tropical fruit platters

Desserts:
Lemontarts
Chocolate Brownies
