I think it's the perfect place to be restarting something. Hell, I was almost 55 when I restarted my something of a law firm.

Look at it this way, you can divide you life into thirds as much as anything else. I restarted my on my 18th birthday, just before my 36th, and now just after my 54th.
What if your life is similarly bracketed around your 15th, 30th, and 45th years of life?
