it's not even up to that level. like last time it was just a customs guy asking "you have any money? would you give me some? I'm a nice guy, right?"

like there was no malice to it, just framed like a pleasant request between two friends so he has plausible deniability if I push it up the chain. probably happens a couple times per trip.
