Still a high number, but I think it does make it clear that you can't rely on the Hamas numbers and it does makes some difference from an

international law perspective of whether they are completely indiscriminately bombing or using some efforts to minimize innocent casualties in a war where the enemy is hiding among the civilians. Agreed, it doesn't make it "acceptable".
